Tomokazu Matsuyama's solo exhibition "Mythologiques" is being held at Maggazino 41 in Venezia

Contemporary Istanbul Foundation is thrilled to announce ‘Mythologiques’ a solo exhibition by Tomokazu Matsuyama , curated by Christoph Doswald, in tandem with the 60th International Art Exhibition — La Biennale di Venezia.

From April 20 to November 24 2024, the exhibition at Magazzino No. 41, Venice, traverses the multifaceted panorama of cultural identity, migration, and the globalized world. Tethering heritage from a life lived in Japan and the U.S., Tomakazu Matsuyama’s work is a vibrant testament to the dynamics of cultural identities and the complex interplay of diverse and fluid experiences.
