Through techniques such as photorealistic painting, illusionism, airbrushing, and Hollywood set-painting techniques, Sayre Gomez’s conceptual practice addresses the ambiguity that arises within the communication between society and us individuals. His work is included, in the permanent collections of LACMA, Los Angeles; the Marciano Art Foundation,Los Angeles;  Arsenal Contemporary, Montreal; and the Rubell Family Collection in Miami.
